January 1, 2011 -- We are pleased to announce that The Ohio Orthodox Catholic Church is incorporated as a non profit church through the State of Ohio since December 21, 2009. This incorporation is necessary for the jurisdiction to operate legally within the United States and in Canada. In this process, the church developed a constitution and canons by which all ministries/missions/parishes/communities/clergy/monastics that are a part of the Ohio Orthodox Catholic Church will follow. This jurisdiction consists of the church presided over by its Archbishop and the Board of Directors and the Synod of Bishops. The Church consists of North America (the United States and Canada), an area which may be divided into regions or regional dioceses as described and delineated by the Board of Directors and the Synod of  Bishops and Archbishop. Regional dioceses may come into existence and be nullified according to circumstances and pastoral need as determined by the Archbishop with the consensus of the Board of Directors and the Synod of Bishops. May God grant us the grace to continue to do His work here in this world.
